MaxWeb Studio takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Since we provide services to clients both in Ukraine and within the European Union, we organize our data processing operations in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

2. Legal basis for data processing
In accordance with GDPR requirements (Art. 6), we process your personal data only when we have one of the following legal bases:
- Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): For example, when you subscribe to our newsletter, consent to the use of analytical cookies, or send a request via the contact form.
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): When processing is necessary to provide web development, technical support, or SEO services in accordance with an agreement concluded with you.
- Our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, such as ensuring website security, preventing fraud, or improving our services, provided that these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
3. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the GDPR grants you the following rights regarding your personal data:

- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18): You can request to limit the processing of your data, for example, if you contest its accuracy.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller.
- Right to object (Art. 21): You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes or based on our legitimate interests.
4. Data transfer outside the EEA
Because MaxWeb Studio is located in Ukraine (a country outside the European Economic Area), your data may be transferred and processed outside the EEA. In such cases, we guarantee that the transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (in particular, the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).
5. Automated decision-making and profiling
MaxWeb Studio does not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that our processing of your personal data violates data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
